4. Our Products
We take care to describe and price our clothing and fashion items accurately. Please keep in mind that:

2. Sizes and measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between items. Please check our size information before ordering.
3. Stock levels can change at any time, especially for limited items.
4. We may correct mistakes in prices or product listings at any time.
5. Small differences in colour, texture or finish are a normal part of clothing production and are not considered faults.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from us. A contract between you and Mind State Black Ltd is formed once we confirm your order by email or dispatch your items.
We may:
1. Cancel an order because of a stock, pricing or technical error.
2. Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.
3. Limit how many of a product one customer can buy.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full to your original payment method as soon as possible.
6. Prices and Payment
1. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders must be paid in full before we process and dispatch them.
4. We may refuse or cancel any payment we suspect to be fraudulent.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only within the United Kingdom, and all orders are sent from the United Kingdom. Shipping is free and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may occasionally be longer because of carrier delays, bank holidays, payment checks or other circumstances outside our control. 8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns policy and in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Care of Your Clothing
Please wash and care for your items according to the care label and any instructions included with them. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, bleaching, ironing or misuse, are not considered faults.

All content on our website, including text, product descriptions, photos, logos, graphics and design, belongs to Quicknexo, Mind State Black Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Reviews and Customer Content
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us a free, worldwide licence to use it for marketing and business purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Our website may link to or use third party services, such as payment providers and delivery companies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of those services is at your own risk.
